As the miniaturization of electronic devices advances, the demand for efficient thermal management materials becomes increasingly critical. This study investigates thermal conductivity enhancements in polymer-based nanocomposites reinforced with graphene nanosheets. Using a combination of experimental synthesis, theoretical modeling, and finite element analysis (FEA), we analyze the influence of graphene loading concentration, sheet alignment, and interfacial thermal resistance on composite performance. Results demonstrate up to a 400% increase in thermal conductivity at 10 wt% graphene loading with optimal dispersion. Our findings contribute to optimized nanocomposite materials for next-generation microelectronic and wearable devices.
