The goal of this study is to find out how plyometric exercises affect the accuracy of jumping headers in semi-professional football players. Plyometric training is known to improve explosive power, and it may have a big effect on how accurately athletes move in the air, especially in football. This study utilized a quasi-experimental methodology including 20 semi-professional football players. The football players did plyometric training for eight weeks. Target accuracy tests were used to check how accurate jumping headers were before and after the intervention. The data were statistically analyzed to find out how plyometric exercises affected heading accuracy. The result was a big improvement in the accuracy of jumping headers for the people who did plyometric training compared to the control group. This research offered significant insights for coaches and trainers in refining training regimens to improve heading performance, impacting larger training methodologies in semi-professional football. This study sought to address a research gap and enhance the field of sports science by elucidating the particular advantages of plyometric exercises on the accuracy of football heading through meticulous methodology and statistical analysis.
