Abstract

Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is an acute mental condition which is stated by impulsive conduct, excessive ardent instability, a high risk of suicidal ideation or self-harm. Traditional BPD monitoring methods, which rely on self-reported data and recurring clinical examinations, can miss important behavioral changes that occur in between visits [1]. Through the use of cutting-edge digital technology, the "Digital Borderline Sentinel Predictive Analytics and Behavior Monitoring" effort helps reduce this gap by providing individuals with BPD with real-time access to mental health information. By utilizing an all-encompassing approach, the monitoring system can efficiently assist in the early identification, treatment, and management of Borderline Personality Disorder, hence enhancing the quality of life and outcomes for patients.

The absence of such system in which individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) who do not have access to a monitoring system are at risk, particularly during difficult times. When given inadequate support, people with BPD may experience increased emotional distress. As a result, our project suggests putting in place a real-time BPD monitoring system [2]. Through the use of this system it would enable people locate their mental health and emotions, and a unique model would evaluate their language to determine whether or not they may be suffering from BPD and also monitors its behavior. By providing this assistance, we hope to safeguard the wellbeing of those who suffer from BPD and reduce the chance of crises [3].

The performance and adaptability are tested using a variety of datasets that were taken in a range of lighting and environmental situations. Utilizing evaluation parameters which includes accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score, the system’s competence is statistically evaluated. The findings show that the suggested System outperforms conventional techniques in real-time circumstances by exhibiting extraordinary accuracy in identifying Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) [4].

We propose a method for identifying BPD in the motive force by using classification problem. This integrated approach offers a more comprehensive way to keep an eye on behaviors associated with BPD and identify when people could be in distress [5].
