Abstract

SME environmental performance is vital in today's eco-aware market. In developing countries like Pakistan, combining economic expansion with environmental responsibility is difficult. The service dominant logic theory is used to examine the relationship between green structural capital (GSC) and environmental performance in Pakistan's textile-based SME's. The researcher examined value creation's mediation role in this link. A survey is utilized to collect data from textile-related SME's in Multan's industrial zone. GSC's mediating effects on environmental performance were examined using Smart Pls-SEM. Data supported all hypotheses statistically. These findings may help Pakistani textile SMEs strengthen their environmental strategies and succeed. Further study may be needed to see whether other businesses or countries have comparable findings. Further research employing more trustworthy sampling procedures may increase generalizability.
